Hi, i got a call from a Sam Wilson saying that I took a payday loan, (wouldnt say when) in the amount of 425 dollars and blah blah blah, If I did not pay it back within ten days they would "send a team of investigation officers to my door step to drag me to the courthouse". He represented him self from the Goldstein law firm. We went back in forth, as he would not tell me any information other then my ss# name address, phone, and 2 people i know. He said that money was transfered into a bank account of mine (which i do not have an account for that exact reason) and that I will be served a warrant if i do not take care of it now! I called the real Goldstein law firm, and they assured me that they had never been contracted out by Cash Advance America, and that I need to call the FTC, which i did. "Sam" called me once again this morning to let me know that he will "make sure that my [***] is sued in court"...any suggestions guys??
