3:12pm on cell...voice mail = female gasped. If this is the same as the Cervantes calls, I've had several of those on my landline in the last couple days after several weeks respite from these people.
Why is the "do not call" list instituted by the government completely ineffective? Answer? There are zero repercussions for repeat offending numbers. Imagine how much the national debt would be reduced - and how quickly calls would stop - if companies were substantially fined for calling folks on the "do not call" list. I have Verizon Wireless and I get at least 7 un-identified robo calls a day, with no one on the other end, including the number above.
