DIDN'T HEAR ANYONE ON THE LINE...JUST HEARD BEPPING NOISES

This number calls me every few months.  The calls are repeated throughout the day and many messages are left on my voice mail.  This is a fax  number that is calling my cell phone.  I have been called over 18 times today, 10/26/10.
