I have completed my research on this number. They are called "The Lincoln Group", many references to a scam attempting to collect bills. I have confirmed that their address is: 633 W 5th St STE 2800, Los Angeles, CA 90071-2039. I traced down the property manager and phoned them this morning and it turns out that it is a virtual office, nobody is physically there. Do not comply with their request, do not take their threats of legal action seriously. They are not BBB accredited, multiple complaints have been lodged against these people.
