Have received calls from this number quite a few times - no message, then a hangup - extremely annoying.

this number just showed up on my Caller ID no message left who are they?

Call from HOME DESIGN CENTER. Apparently they are selling home improvement. Online people have written that they've been very rude when asked to remove their numbers from their calling list.

They called, left no message, I returned call only to get a series of beeps and nothing else...
