The plaintiff's attorney's name and Bar number, and the name of the company or person that is suing you, the date you are supposed to appear in court, and possibly a court docket number.
Can you do that, to prove your statement?
I betcha you can't. You didn't even give the physical and web address of the company that uses this phone number, so we could check their validity.
