Who are they

I just got a call from a private number saying to contact "Burg and Associates" at this number due to me being sued.  When I called this number I got a "google voice subscriber" voicemail message.  This really sounds fake to me.

they said the same thing said they were a law firm

Lady said I was being sued for a credit card debt from 2002. In Alabama they have 3 years. They lie and have bought debts for pennies on the dollar to collect. They do have Berg and Assoc. law firms in LA, CA but not these guys.
