Told my wife they were trying to get a hold of me sense February 27, 2015. They were a 3rd party of a collection agency. His name is Frank Wright. He works for a company called Ray G Williams. Plus gave my wife a case number # 11335.
i received the same phone call. no worries, all of the names they gave me came up on Google as published book authors.

Yes, I have just been contacted from a Ben Thomas who claims he is with a collections agency called Roy G Williams and that they have tried sending mail to my address indicating a settlement and that I never responded so they are trying to avoid having to draw up a law suite. There was a woman by the last name Marshall who would call and leave messages with a case number. Then when you call the number he answers. Also, the phone number in his email 855-454-3720, I just found is linked to a UPS store and is considered not safe. When he emailed me one time he couldn't even spell when correctly and blamed it on having to rush to a meeting. It was just fishy that I could not find anything on the company and the BBB only had them active since like January of this year. WITH NO TYPE OF FEEDBACK!!! This person needs to be stopped. I mean it seemed so legit because he knew what I was in debt for, which is scary because that means that he must have access to my credit report right?
