This number called my land line at 04:33 EST this morning. I answered and got a recorded message in spanish. Thought they said something about AT&T. Not happy :\
Same here as Bugged. Got the recorded message in Spanish and what I presume to be a prompt at the end to press 1 for something (more of this crap) or press 2 for something else (more of this other crap).
I received a call from this number on 8/30/14 at 4:31am. I didn't answer it, but tried to call back this morning and I got a recording that it's not a working number. Strange and annoying. I love being woken up at 4:30 am for a nothing phone call.
