This caller keeps calling and remains silent . Never speaks and if I call back the message ie from the telephone company says . an incorrect number.
need to stop this caller. what is he up to I have no idea. Has been going on for some time.
Next choice will be is to speak to an investigator or law enforcing agent

Probably a construction/remodel scam. Called at 3:33pm.
Have received (and blocked) numerous calls with CID "California," "C," "Call C," - all construction scams.
Blocked forever!!!!
Called the number back - it's disconnected.
Folks - you must purchase a call blocking phone or device - they work and they are inexpensive.
