I as well got called. And Im thinking its probably a scam of some sort from what Im reading. Some info I was able to find is that it is a landline coming from Los Angeles. And that numbers starting with (323)-474 have local zip codes to (90014, 90071). The county population of this interchange is approximately 9,519,000 people. And its a Verizon number, landline that is.
I'm getting calls from this number. I tried texting it, it's a landline. when I try to call back, it rings twice and hangs up. And when I answer it, there's no one there! They call me about 5 times a day! driving me crazy.

I keep getting calls from this number. I answer and they are still there but they do not say anything.
