I picked up the first time and there was no one talking on the other side.  Just a lot of noisy background talking voices.  So I hung up but they called again.  I didn't pick up the second time they called, yet they left a voice message which is very long with no message but a lot of noisy background talking voices again.  Just some annoying caller messing around.
