Who called from 3234846206

Called stating that they were from Berg & Associates and that I am about to miss a court date in North Carolina.

I got the same call today, not sure if it is real or not

This is indeed a complete scam. I too recv'd a call simiilar in nature from the sam number.

My ex aunt in law received a call today from this number. They stated they wanted to leave a summons and I had 2 hours to call back. They stated they were from Berg & Associates and even left a case number. I researched the number and it is a Google Voice phone number. Someone is setting this up from their email. I was concerned at first. This is truly a scam.
