Who called from 3234868868

Caller asked for Vicky, which no one by that name lives here, told her wrong number and she hung up..

Just called my house and very rudely told me I need to learn how to answer the phone and that I was a brat and hung up. Refused to tell me the company she was calling from, only the city. Total scam

Called back and number is unavailable. Called twice and now not assigned.

Got a call; didn't pick up.

Multiple calls daily from this number.. everything from energy program to IRS issuing warrant.  I now i pick up and hang up each time it rings from this number.
