Who called from 3234882200

Called again today.  Who are these buffalo chip eaters?  If you call back, it rings twice and you get a non phone company message that this number is not in service and if you don't hang up, it rings twice and you get the same message in Spanish.
I think this is a fake.

calls many times a week and never leaves a message.  i never answer when they phone.
