323-489-7472 keeps calling me. Almost daily. Never anyone there to ask not to call back at the other end and they never leave a message. I am fed up with it!
Those idiots called me 4 time claiming to be from windows, telling me there is something wrong with my computer. I told them to never call me again. Well we will see
I just received a call from this number . Same story guy with heavy Indian accent telling me he's from Microsoft asking me if I'm aware that my computer is infected. Right away I figured it was a scam. So, I told him I didn't have a computer. Then he asked if I had a laptop again I told him no. He then hung up. This is the first time I got this call and hopefully the last. Thanks for all the posts, very helpful.
I, too, had same Indian accented man now hounding me to get into my computer. He said he worked til 5pm EST with an LA (PST) number. I asked him to email me the info needed and he said he had no access to email. I told me that I find it hard to believe that someone from Windows (Microsoft) would not have access to email. Glad I read the above posts--there will be no more calling me...well I guess one more time.
