Ken myers is a scam artist! With promises that someone wants to buy our land property in kern county ca. This con artist contacted us for potential buyers of our property. We met with him and at the end of the day he wanted 293.00 for a title search that he never mentioned in any previous calls with him!That in itself set off alarms in me.He doesn't want to set up an escrow for the sale wants to do things his way! We paid the 293.00 two yrs ago and after everything came back clear, all of a sudden it's going to take longer than he expected because of the "buyers" having another business to clean up and sell. Total scam artist! Havn't heard from him ever since. Won't return our calls. I don't know what his angle is but he noticed that i wasn't as easily convinced as my partner was who paid him the 293.00. I wish that we could get our money back, but oh well too good to be true deal and it was a scam the entire time, be weary of calls from this # and from ken myers he claims to be 72 yrs old two years ago and he looks every bit of it, an old scammer!. Old man is a scam artist!
