Machine answers, calling about if I'm the home owner, when I live in an apartment. Won't stop calling and call keeps cutting off.

They left a silent 3-second voicemail. I called back, heard a weird beep and a voice asked "can you hear me?" I suspect this is the scam where they try to get you to say "yes" so they can then use your recorded "yes" for nefarious purposes.
