Toronto>  Got call 4:52 pm. returned call African speaking male answered. He hung up when I asked who he was. When I called back, nobody answered. Some fraudster????

its originating form Jamaica...from a woman named Jessica Rowe from accompong town jamaica...
She is a scam artist...her and her boyfriend...
I am positive it came from her.
