i recieved this call from 716-006-6000 and the gentleman said that he was with the customer affairs of Instacash.com. he would like to read me and affadivivt and for me not to interruppt him and i can ask questions when he is done. i listened to him, he was charging me, my husband, and my references with three charges. I asked him to provide me with documentation of this debt he said we would get it when we are arrested. We have two choices to pay $200.00 by 5pm one night, 444.57 by 5 pm the next nigght and 646.00 the following night. I had to write a letter say that we agreed we owed this money, put our pre-paid credit card number on it m ssn#, and fax it to him. Of course scared out of my mind i did it even though it seemed sketchy to me, wouldnt i have gotten a certified letter from the debt collector, or something prior to this, why would we go to jail for a civil matter. He called my each hour to remind me how much time i had left, then when i didnt pay him he says only thing he could say is good luck, the police will be there tomorrow morning to take us into custody and we will stand trial in California. I have talked to Daniel Watson, Julian marshall, Jack Jenkins all with very heavy foregin accents. This is really wierd. i called all the necessary authorities when i saw all these posts, cause the company name changes depending what number you call and when. I called a 11pm and the number was unavaiable. I think this is a scam. i am going to change my cell number, he had all personal info where did he get it i wonder.
I just got the same call at my place of employment. They got upset when I started to read this to them and told me that they didn't care if I went to jail or not. I talked to Mr. Alexander Davenport and Mr. Julian Marshall. As I was on the phone with them they also asked me to write a letter saying I would pay it and while I was on the phone with them they leave me another message saying that I need to call them back me or my attorney. So they said they will contact my job and garnish my pay and sue my references.
i got a call from a "james peterson" from the #603-659-9999 on my cell phone.i didn't answer as i knew it was a scam number. they called me at work about 5 seconds later and gave the reception the namejames peterson from a "law firm" in california. he would not go into detail, but left the call back number of 323-510-2689. he had a foreign accent[of course] the message left to was "re: 3 criminal legal charges" he also left a message on my cell phone that gave the call back number and at the end of the message he said "all i can say if you do not call backimmediately , i wish you good as the situation unfolds upon you...good-bye, and good luck" what a scam!!!it just so happens that the day before, i was stopped by the local police in the city in which i reside for a brake light that was out. the officer took my drivers licence and checked my record out...now don't you think that if these calls were really true and the authorities were after me, i would have been arrested on the spot no questions asked!!! i only received a warning to get the defective part fixed by 2-10-10. don't beleive these guys!!! the local authorties would find you, and serve papers upon you...some foreign idiot would not be delivering the message to you in a phone call. i have received these calls since the summer. they are scarry at first, but DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!! i also called the local police today and asked if they had any suggestions to get rid of these deadbeats. the officer told me "when i get these complaints, i always tell the caller these are false calls, don't give any information, and go BUY A WHISTLE, AND NEXT TIME THEY JUST BLOW THE WHISTLE AS HARD AS YOU CAN...THEY RARELY CALL BACK TWICE!!! so, i went to the local k-mart and purchased a whistle fo $3.00!! i can hardly wait for another call so i can blow my whistle as hard as i can!!!

HOW-THEY USE SPYWARE ON THEIR COMPUTERS TO TAP INTO THE USE OF PRIVATE CITIZENS I SEND INFO ABOUT GETTING A PAYDAY LOAN AND THEY COPIED THAT APPLICATION TO THEIR SYSTEM WHICH HAD MY WORK NUMBER ON IT ON DEC 3 2009 THEY CALLED ME AT WORK ASKING ME IF I HAD GOTTEN A PAYDAY LOAN WHICH I HAD THEY SAID I OWED 1389.00 AND THEATENING ME WITH JAIL TIME AND COURT APPEARANCES IN CALIFORNIA I SAID CAN I SETTLE THIS THEY SAID YES BY SENDING 400.00 FOR THE NEXT THREE WEEKS OR I COULD DO IT SOONER I WAS SO SCARED THAT I BORROWED THE MONEY FROM A RELATIVE TOOK THE CHECK TO THE BANK AND MADE THE DEPOSIT I CALLED THEM BACK AND TOLD THEM THEY WAIT NEED TO WAIT FOR THE CHECK TO CLEAR THEY SAID NO GO TO THE ATM AND PUT THE MONEY ON A PREPAID ATM CARD I TOOK OUT 1000,00 THATS ALL I COULD WITHDRAW THEY THEN TOLD ME TO SEND THEM THE CARD NUMBER AND CODE TO THEM WHICH I DID THEY THEN TOOK 995.00 OFF THE CARD THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL THE NEXT DAY TO RECEIVE THE REMAINDER OF THE MONEY AND THEY SAID I NOW OWED 1505.00 DUE TO INTEREST I CALL A LAWYER THE NEXT DAY WHEN HE CALLED THEM THEY PROCESS TO CURSE HIM OUT
MORE INFO-ALL OF THIS WHEN ON FOR SEVEN HOURS I LOST THREE HOURS OF WORK WAS TIMED OVER THE PHONE BY THESE PEOPLE THEY SAID YOU HAVE IO MINUTES TO DO THIS THEY ALSO DEMANDED I GET A TOWN STAMP TO SAY I HAD NO INTENTION OF SKIPPING MY PAYMENTS
REALITY-I FOUND OUT WEEKS LATER I ONLY OWED 760.00 WHEN A OFFICIAL PAYMENT NOTICE CAME IN THE MAIL
ADVICE-TAKE THEIR PHONE NUMBER TO A LAWYER OR A MEMBER OF YOUR LOCAL POILCE DEPT EXPLAIN THE CALL TO THEM LET THEM HANDLE THIS AND DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR WORK OR HOME PHONE TO ANYONE ON A INTERNET SITE UNLESS YOU KNOW ITS A SECURE SITE THEY USE SEVERAL DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS AND NAMES TWO OF THE NAMES ARE JULIAN MARSHALL AND SAM THOMAS
