Someone said they called on behalf of ACS and they attempted to deliver legal documents that a federal summons has already made. In order to avoid further (unintelligible) you are going to have to reschedule today. I will give you the number to the firm that paid for our services: 323-515-0261, reference to complaint number ..... it is obviously some kind of scam. The number they gave to call is a google voice or internet phone.
This is some sort of a fishing scam. Called here saying they were Mike at ACS and said a summons would be served and we could reschedule Summons delivery location by calling 323-515-0261 ref......What a scam....
