Keep getting calls from this number. The first time, I let it go to voicemail and a female voice asked to speak with Victor. It was odd since it was voicemail and she sounded like she thought I was on the line. The second time they called, it was silent for awhile then a computer female voice said "Good bye" and hung up. I'm guessing it's some kind of telemarketing and that once you answer, it connects you to a live agent. If you call the number it says the number is not in service.
Anyone know who this is? What the hell do we have a do not call list for when people just abuse it.
