Received call yesterday. Don't know anyone in California. A threatening message was left stating the caller was from the IRS. I called back. The man that answered had an accent & just said "IRS, how can I help you?". I yelled at him saying I knew he wasn't the IRS & to stop calling my phone. He hung up. I received another call at 10:32 last night. I called back again. I got a recorded message that my call did not go through. FRUSTRATING!
