For some times now this company has been using my email address and my name to send adverts to all my freinds and contacts. no one should believe them because I do not have anything to do with them.

Getting E-mails constantly, two and three times a day from different people.  
Verizon will not let me change my original E-mail and gave me a secondary one which does not help because
the people who are actively sending my original E-mails not stop.  The Federal Trade Commission is my only
help to get The Canadian Health and Care Mall more than likely hiring people to send Your different E-mails  with changing links to get CH& CM to increase busy.

I am getting constant emails as well from The Canadian Health and Care Mall which calls itself in the emails the "Canadian Pharmacy."

Does anyone have a business mailing address that they have for this company? I am in Canada and want to file a formal written complaint with the Consumer Affairs office in Washington DC.

Also because area code 323 covers the Greater Los Angeles area and some surrounding cities, I want to file a complaint with the State of California about the constant emails.

In addition, I want to contact the Canadian TV consumer show called Marketplace at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation to pay this company a visit with a television crew to politely ask why they insist on bombarding people with emails begging for business. A reputable company does not have to do that.

Please let me know if you received an order from this company. There should be a return address on the packing slip or on the outside of the box which carried your order.

I am following up regarding Canadian Health and Care Mall. It seems I am being blasted with constant emails from this company which appears to be using the email heading "Canadian Pharmacy."

I called the 323-545-3907 phone number that is linked to this company this evening, July 7, 2013, and got the guy who calls himself "William." The area code 323 is a Los Angeles area code and covers lots of communities in and around Los Angeles.

I politely asked him for his business mailing address and basically he refused to give it to me.

He claimed that he was actually in Ontario, Canada, and he also claimed that someone else was using their web site to send out fake emails in the name of Canadian Health and Care Mall.

I asked him how he could be in Ontario if I dialed area code 323?

He started stammering and tried to change the subject. He said unless I had a problem with an order he couldn't help me and he refused to give me his corporate mailing address so I could contact the Federal Trade Commission in the United States to file a formal complaint.

He hung up on me.

I called back and after several attempts finally got through to him again. Once more, I asked him respectfully for his business mailing address pointing out that if he was doing business in California his business information would have to be registered with the State. Therefore, I was not asking for any information to which the public was not entitled.

Likewise, if he was doing business in Ontario, Canada, he would have to register his business with the Province of Ontario.

Since I live in Canada, I know for a fact that no business can operate in Ontario without first registering with the provincial government and getting clearance from the municipality as well. I will contact the provincial government in Ontario tomorrow and ask if they have a registration for a company called "Canadian Health and Care Mall." If so, under provincial law, I am allowed to request all the public information related to that company.

Either way -- whether he is in California or Ontario -- all business information (name of the business, legal owner, business address, etc.) has to be registered and should be public information.

When I asked for his Ontario business address, he would not give me that either....hmmmm...seems kind of sketchy to me.

He hung up again and I tried calling back one final time but mysteriously the phone line was repeatedly busy. I will now contact the City of Los Angeles and if necessary file a formal complaint against Canadian Health and Care Mall. If the company is legitimate, then I will request that I receive no further harassing emails or get a court injunction to stop the harassment by email.

If it is not legitimate, then the company needs to get a friendly visit from the City of Los Angeles and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Just thought I would keep everyone up to date.  

In my humble opinion, a reputable business would immediately provide their business mailing address and name of the owner, and any other reasonable information requested. As well, a reputable business would not send harassing emails begging for business.

I have never purchased anything from this company but have received 2 or more emails a day for the past 3 years from different people. I've tried calling them, emailing them, emailing the senders all to no avail. Their command of the English language is so animated it sounds like a comedian doing an Indian bit.
