Called for my boss (I'm a legal assistant), mispronounced his name, and didn't want voice mail -- both dead giveaways that this is a junk call. Reverse lookup says it's Level 3 Communications, but I doubt it's really Level 3. They must just be the phone provider for the caller. The caller ID said "CTI."
Answered a call on 10-25-11 from Jay. Said they had a "managed account" type investment and were talking 5% a month return. I cut it off. They have called in the past (phone log) and today they have called 3 times. Has to be a scam
