Who called from 3235459272

Called and asked to speak to "my name".  I said yes and he asked how I was today --- when I said "fine", he answered "very good" and hung up.

this number has been calling me multiple times a day for days now.
my caller id identifies it as from california.
i have not answered the phone as i knew it was an unwanted call.

this number has been calling for several days and calls 2-3 times a day.  I know it is an unwanted call so have not answered.  I refuse to pay for calls to my cell phone which I must pay for which are unwanted.  I am on a Do Not Call register and don't understand why these companies can not be stopped.

Call from California #323 545 9272.Calls me daily.Leaves no message.I've tried to call back.I either get a busy signal or no answer.

Calls from "LTC Inc" and doesn't speak to me when I pick up or leave a message.
