Who called from 3235459507

I get calls from this number every day.  Caller ID has it as "CTI." There is another CTI number in a different area code.  When the 323 number answered there is no one there.  When I answered the other area code CTI, someone said "sorry" and quickly hung up.

Appears to be a collection agency.  Here's their website: www.collectiontechnology.com

I keep getting calls on my cell phone from this number and 323-545-9509.  Why doesn't the phone company do something to stop these people.

CTI pops up on my caller ID . They are relentless horrible people who are running a scam.
I have reported them to the Do Not Call Registry dozens of times.

Recieved calls from this number,no message. Did a reverse phone look-up, comes up as CTI, located in Lsan DA 12, Los Angeles, Ca.Called number back, no answer,Nuisance caller.
