Who called from 3235459526

Caller ID says "CTI" and there was no sound when I answered it. It calls almost everyday, VERY, VERY ANNOYING.

I am so sick of this phone number calling me. I don't answer,,they call daily.

We get Calls every day from this number. we don't answer it. How can we stop it?

These people continue to call asking for my husband and then hang up on me.  What is the deal and what can we do to stop them????
