This person keeps calling. Sometimes they don't even talk when I answer. I have had threats before from this person. He yells at me. Telling me I do what ever I want and charge things I cant afford. He is saying he was coming to my house looking for me. I don't even know who they are or what city they say I have a summons from. Im worried about this person calling my house any more.

This has happened before. They call claiming there is a court case pending, threaten being imprisoned, and they are going to show up at your home. Its a scam, and they never show up. I used to have their number blocked but then got a new phone so I will block them again. They are hoping you will panic and pay them something, they won't care how much because they are not collecting for anyone. They are just thieves!!
These people have called me as well as my mother and brother. They tell me that I have pending charges and that I have to show up to sign documents tomorrow or lose all of my rights. The return number they left with my mother was for a debt collection scam firm in NYC state. They harrass and threaten people into giving them money.
