This came right after two other hangups - one from NY and the other from FL. I suspect telemarketers since you also didn't pick up.

"Hi This is Josh you have been pre-selected....." Yeah right, I have been preselected to get my pockets picked!! BLOCKED

I only answered because I've been expecting a call. He said "Hi this is Josh from customer service, can you hear me okay?" I kind of stuttered something like "ah-ah-I" then he launched into "you've been preselected" and I hung up and blocked it.
