If you call the number back you get "This survey has ended".  That always means it's another free cruise scam from the LA area. They change their calling number monthly

It sounds like a sweet young girl having trouble with her headset before starting off with her spiel.  It's all a recording.  If you block the number you'll get the same exact recording from a different number.

Recording. I've been blocking but keep getting called from different numbers. Annoying.
