I get calls all the time lately from these people, who show up as "California" on my caller ID. They have called several times a day from the following numbers:
323-601-1179
323-336-9161
323-336-9162
I think they are debt collectors, because they never leave messages, but when you call them back they want personal information.
I bought a new phone with a 'call-blocking' feature built-in, but the number of blocked numbers is already maxed-out. But still a handy feature to have. I just have to find the instructions to see how to delete the old blocked numbers, so I can add the latest harassing numbers to the list!
Immediately hung up on their sorry pathetic excuse for a human being!
I called back with my GV number and go to the point of the menu system that ask to input the number located on the letter that you "received" or your *SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER*.
Definitely they're out to steal peoples identity
They also call from another (3233369161) number 3 times in a row, within 3 minutes.
they called me at 917am in the morning, some stupid lady asking for my husband and they said they were called some werid name, i said oh let me google it, lady couldnt back it up, and she said, what was our address. im like ur a scam. LOL, i googled the phone number, and yep its a scam ppl!!!
