I just sent them a email back saying that I turned the email over to the Local Attorney General Office and the local Sherif's office. They need to get a lawyer now!
Just received the same sort of email only it supposedly had a "Consumer Loan Agreement" attached. I have never ever been given a loan by this company and I am forwarding this to the California Attorney General's Office and notifying the department of corporations. It is scarry because they have my SSN, address and email address but obviously do not have checking information or they would have tried to collect already. Be careful this is a total scam.
