Who called from 3236030538

this number keeps calling my phone everyday and when i call the number back they hang up in my face and don't say anything but listen to me on the phone.I don't know who this is but who ever it is lives close to me and how i know this is because i looked it up and they don't stay far from me(scary)but im looking forward into reporting this number to the police

Listen if your lookin at this I am going to track you down if you call me ill contact the police and get you so you better stop or pay the price

I keep getting calls from this number but every time I answer no one is there but they don't even hang up it's an everyday thing its annoying how can I block this number?
