I got a call Friday this week too. Immediately called the California State Attorney Generals office and after being in hold for a while, spoke to a woman who said they already have a few complaints about this number. At this point, they believe he is spoofing the number and may or may not be in California. They are working with other law enforcement on this as the complaints pile up. So, if you get this call, don't just sit and do nothing, report it.
