Received call on cell phone, two rings and nothing there, typical of robocalls.  Still wish there was a way to retaliate.  Hoping for a new version of smart phone that is smart enough to automatically detect and blocks BS calls.

I mentioned when I answered your number will be added to call block and was hung up on.  :)

It's a spoofed number the caller is probably in Florida or India.  They are replacing Rachel/Heather from card services scam with a similar mortgage scam.
