First call no message. Second call I answered by mistake. Live caller, pro-choice, asked where I stood. I told her she should have been one and never to call again.
My voicemail has an option to send a transcribed email. It's not great but enough to get the gist of a call. I've gotten this before--total scam. ID says Arlington, VA

" the Department of treasury very second you receive this message we need you to return the phone call because we were trying to reach you in regards to an important issue as we have received a copy of an affidavit concerning the tax evasion on your name and your address is on the cell so before the things go worst against you. Kindly call us back on our hotline division which is 703-879-8698. I repeat it's 703-879-8698. Don't disregard this message and do return the call as delay in calling us back my got up into a legal prosecution for that we will be forced to contact the Sheriff's Department to continue(?) for further investigation. So I hope that you just to find this matter as quick as possible. Thank you and have a great day."

Call received 7/1/15 at 1:15 P.M. Woman said her name was Nancy Hansen calling about Pro Life. When I asked who she wished to speak with she talked over me. I repeated "who are you calling, who do you wish to speak with" she hung up. Caller ID indicated the call came from Los Angeles, CA.
