call my cell - left no message

Don't know this number/area code - multiple calls.  Leaves no message.

Called, hung up when I answered.  Don't leave message when machine picks up. Can't find it in reverse phone lookups.  We are on the do not call list but still they call.

I've been getting several calls from this number too.  Never leaves message.  Caller ID says OCEAN CONS whatever that is.
