This is an automated call from Care 1st insurance claiming they can help you save money. They ask for you by your first name. I believe this call is only going out to Care 1st members.
I get missed calls on my cell at least 3 tines a day. Don't pick up because I don't know the number. Today there was an automated voice that kept asking to press 1 or 2. Would ask this 3 times and then say I will call again another day. Its just irritating and they just harass me. This has been going on since January and its almost November.

Multiple people (some with thick Spanish accents some without, one woman two men) calling to help my grandmother "change" her insurance (carefirst) which is being "canceled" (verified with carefirst this is absolutely not the case) trying to get personal info i.e. Address, ssn, etc. She no longer knows these and brings the phone to me. I verified with care first that her plan will continue to be valid and called back the multiple numbers these people are using and get an answering machine message only in Spanish. An hour later a woman calls back I told her to never contact my grandmother again or I will find out who they are and report them to the authorities. She kept asking who my grandmother was, I told her it was irrelevant to stop scamming elderly people. I got a call back 10 minutes after that from yet another number saying there was a mixup with "my grandmother name" agent and to call her back. (They called MY phone) when I never gave them her name. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM #donotanswer
