I got the same thing this morning saying

I replied saying who's this but I didn't get a text back? I called and says the number is incorrect. Has anyone else figured this out?

This number texted my phone saying my name and telling me about how some guy was talking about me on an app.

So i got the same phone call and i asked them who is this they didnt answer then they sent me link to an app but i think that wasnt the smartest plan
