Real customer support (tech related and others) do NOT cold call, they ate always inbound which means the customer calls them! You idiots must have what can be called "through the looking glass" syndrome or something like that ... all your stupid scams are the opposite of how real businesses work! lol

Someone named Adam Williams is calling my Mother in Atlanta and telling her that her computer is being attacked by someone in India and he can see the attack on his monitor (she has a new computer with no personal information on it whatsoever). He instructs her to change her settings and when she informs him she is unable to follow his instructions he asks her to find someone that is computer savvy. Has anyone else received calls from this number with similar instructions. .

i received the same call so i was so much scared to get this kind of called,but they helped me alot,as i am disable and not much computer savvy but still after getting guideline i discussed with my local technician and found someone is using my i.p address from overseas so instantly i took help from my local technician and protect my banking and all, thanks to them and especially thanks to adam to help ,god bless
