Hello. During the summer my girlfriend and I were involved in a car accident in Los Angeles. My girl was hospitalized. Almost immediately I began receiving UNSOLICITED phone calls from this ambulance chaser, law firm Krupnick & Krupnick, owned by mother/son Vivian Krupnick and Matthew Krupnick. The problem is, no one but my family, friends, and work had my phone number. NO ONE. Except I had to gave it to the hospital. My sister, a lawyer, told me that lawyers are not allowed to make unsolicited calls. I complained to the hospital and they gave me a BS excuse. So now that we have healed I am exploring who these sleaze bags Vivian Krupnick and Matthew Krupnick really are.
First step is Google, which published this list of Attorney Matthew Krupnick's websites. I am disgusted that this unprofessional creep is allowed to represent ANYONE. Here is the list (note the 7th and 8th websites):

Update: California state bar has now confirmed they are reviewing my complaint against lawyer Matthew Paul Krupnick...seems there are other complaints that are also being addressed. BOTH websites listed by Krupnick on state bar registration site are suspended. Why would that be?

Here is the second PUBLIC NOTICE dated May 23, 2016 entitled ORDER OF INVOLUNTARY INACTIVE ENROLLMENT: http://members.calbar.ca.gov/courtDocs/16-TB-13419.pdf . Why are the Krupnicks still advertising on various websites? Isn't that called the illegal practice of law? Sort of like harrassing patients in the emergency room after a horrible traffic accident (like me and my girlfriend). BEWARE, people.
