Who called from 3236726172

Very noisy background, called me after 8 a.m. this morning!  She was trying out her french, I think, but when I couldn't hear her, she hung up.  Definitely a call center, and very strong foreign accent.  There's always a delay when these kinds of calls come in, and they're so annoying.

I answered the phone and the caller had a French accent; I hung up.
