Who called from 3236767123

Voice message said to "press 1 now" in Spanish. I tried calling back and it wouldn't go through.

First time I have received a call from this number. Tried to call back and got a hard to understand recorded message. Nothing important apparently.

Sounds like a fraud or scam.  They pretend to be a render and ask about a property for lease, and then they give very elaborate information that seems to be fake.  They use a fake phone number that gives a not in service message.
