(323) 679-0751 called and left no message. Another site says it is a non-fixed VOIP phone number so the call could be from anywhere without spoofing the caller ID. The caller ID name, Los Angeles CA, was useless because that simply repeats the assigned geography of the phone number.
Google search didn't indicate it's a telemarketer or scammer so I called back. The message said the survey was closed and to press 9 if I want to be removed from the list, which I did.
