i was on a dating site chatting to a women from LA (California), she had a business trip and it was not far from my home country so we agreed to meet after her business trip to Benin. However her passport and purse got stolen and she asked me for money, lots of money.
I refused, a week later she claims that she is still in Benin and again asked for money. I asked what hotel she staying at as i could not find it on the web. I then asked for the hotel number and her room number. The gentlemen answered, did not even say, hotel..... how can i help you.. all he said was Hi. (which i found rather strange).
I asked him to put me through to room 4, eventually i spoke to a women but her accent was not American it was asian or African or something else. I found that very suspicious. I then hang up.
I phoned again to speak to her, she would not take my call, i was very persistent and eventually on the 3rd attempt she answered. The landline number that was given was in Nigeria. We then spoke and i asked her about her accent and that i do not believe it is the same women i have been corresponding with. I then heard a man saying that, ''tell her to do a skype call.'' This then freaked me out. Whole long story short, the man claims that i was chatting to him all this time. Which seems rather impossible as the women has an American mobile number and she tried calling me when she was still in America, i missed her call or visa a versa and we just kept chatting on whatsapp and email. Also, she sent me pictures of herself and its all of the same women. If it was a man where did he get all those photos of her.
The man now claims that it was him all this time and that there was no women. Based on her email correspondence she is a very intellectual person and from the mans recent communication on whatapp messages something does not quite tie up.
