This appears to be the fake number when the scam company "Warantee Solutions" calls out directly (i.e by a human and not a recorded voice). There are lots of comments on this site about their recorded voice number, 910-464-5079. They purport to offer extended warantees of your vehicle, but in fact are a scam. If you ask for their phone number, or business address, or ask to be taken off their call list, they immediately hang up.
The amazing thing is that not 10 minutes after I received a call from the 910 number, listened to the message, got a human (who identified himself as 'Andre'), and asked for their business address (at which point Andre hung up the phone), the exact same Andre called me again using this 323 number! When I reminded him that I had just talked to him and asked for his address, to no-one's surprise, he hung up again.
