This person has a 'high-pitched' to change from either sounding like a man or a woman. First 'he' was 'James' when he called from 'Verizon'. Bamboozelled his way into our business account number, gained access, but Verizon's Fraud Department contacted me to say that someone had added access to our account and whether I approved of it. Called this person back to confront, and all of a sudden 'James' is now 'Kelly' and works for an oil company. Our company's phone lines are IP, so a voice mail is sent via email. I offered to share the voicemail with 'him/her' by playing it for 'him/her' and 'it' hung up the phone! BEWARE!!!
