A man called and said he was an attorney and he has a case against me.

I got a call from this number and a man said that he was an attorney and had a case against me...im only twenty one with no car accidents and one medical bill and a 2 past due credit card bills. must be fraud

did he have a foreign accent and threaten you???  i've received two voice mails from this number with a man saying the same thing.  when i call back it doesn't go through???
