Caller claimed to be calling from the California Solar Initiative attempting to get a "State Government Agent" to come to your house to do an inspection for free Solar Panel Installation.
Some girl that I could barely understand, so not sure exactly what offered. But wanted to speak with person responsible for the phone number she called. I believe it was to sell phone service or some type of other "bundle". Told her I was having a hard time understanding her and she hung up. Hey scumbag telemarketers, if you're going to call and bother people at least put someone on the phone who speaks friggin English.
Call 10 timed with in an hour. Could not undertake the woman. Told them not to call at all since I'm on the do not call list. Answer once an they call back 9 more times with in 1 hour.
Stop them by being patient and not answering the calls in any way. If you're answering at all (machine included), they're bound to keep calling, coming up with more ways to try and trick or scare you. Don't bother telling them about any lists, either. They don't care.
